Unlike any other sport, The Caged Heat Racing Series is designed to incorporate the marketing goals of its sponsors into the sporting event itself. Businesses wishing to driver retail traffic or generate a direct response from attendees of events have a number of options at their disposal. For example, a restaurant may sponsor a car and decide to offer race fans seated in specific sections of the arena a buy one-meal, get-one-meal-free promotion every time their car wins a race. Fans can use their ticket stub as the coupon to redeem the offer.
Businesses may elect to target race fans directly with offers. Promotional offers, sweepstakes, or contest can be implemented on behalf of sponsors of HighOctaneThrills.com and fulfilled at the events. For businesses focused on direct interaction with fans either for sales or lead generation, The Caged Heat Racing Series offers the opportunity to have vendor booths inside the arena facility. Promotional programs integrated into the event can then be used to drive traffic to the booth.
To augment event promotion, retail businesses commonly display a race car at their place of business. Sponsors will find that the presence of the race cars will drive store traffic and compliments their presence at the events.
These options are limited only to the creativity of the sponsor, and High Octane Thrills welcomes the opportunity to assist in the custom development of such promotions.
Detailed Event / Project Description
The start-up Caged Heat Racing Series is the result of more than eight years of development by High Octane Thrills to provide the nation’s racing fans with a new indoor motor sport spectacle. The Caged Heat Series, slated to begin a national tour in April 2010, will feature a uniquely designed and professionally engineered racetrack on which half-scale cars race in indoor arenas. The half-scale stock cars are custom-built models that have been raced indoors for several years. They provide the proper weight, safety, and visual components required by the Caged Heat Racing Series.
The Caged Heat Racing Series will run from April to September, stopping in 20 cities across the country. 30 full-time drivers will compete each week in a series of elimination races, while simultaneously competing for the series championship. Each stop will include two nights of high-speed indoor racing action. Spectators treated to a night of entertainment and in-your-face racing enhanced with lighting, audio, and pyrotechnic effects similar to a large arena rock show, World Wrestling Entertainment, monster truck shows, and the X-Games. High Octane Thrills will generate revenues from tickets and merchandise sales. Additional revenues will be realized through the sale of sponsorship rights to Fortune 500 corporations and others looking to capitalize on the marketing aspects of the series.
High Octane Thrills has performed exhaustive research and development to achieve the current track design and touring logistics, and the Company is confident that this project is ready to be implemented. High Octane Thrills is looking for partners, sponsors, and investors who are interested in working to further the development of the Caged Heat Racing project. The Company anticipates reaching more than 1 million fans in its debut year. Thus, the Caged Heat Racing series is a ground-floor opportunity for investors and corporate partners looking to associate their names and logos with a new affordable racing project with the chance to explode during the next few years.
